What does the inspection trip fee include?
Trip service fee typically includes: airport transfers, property viewing car and Chinese interpreter, lawyer/tax advisor appointment arrangement, bank account assistance. Not included: international flights, hotel, meals, visa fees. If you purchase through our recommendation, trip service fee can be partially or fully deducted from purchase service fee. What's the Golden Visa investment threshold?
2024 latest policy: Athens center, Thessaloniki, Mykonos, Santorini and popular areas require minimum €500,000. Athens suburbs and other Greek regions remain at €250,000. Policy may change — we provide latest updates. Budget ~10-12% additional costs (taxes + lawyer + transfer fees etc.).
Can I sign immediately after viewing?
If you find the property during viewing, you can sign a preliminary contract and pay deposit (usually 10%) on the spot. But we recommend patience — lawyer needs due diligence (1-2 weeks) to confirm no mortgages, debts, or legal issues. Many clients decide after returning home and authorize lawyers remotely for subsequent procedures.
What if I don't speak Greek?
No worries at all. Chinese interpreter accompanies the entire process. Lawyer meetings have Chinese translation, notary signing has official translator. We accompany bank account opening. Many Chinese investors in Greece don't speak Greek — the entire process runs smoothly in Chinese and English.
Can I rent out the property after purchase?
Absolutely! This is Oulang International's specialty.
